The smart, high-efficiency fryer.
Built in Italy by OFFCAR, Superfry fryers keep the oil clean and the heat steady, so the oil lasts longer and every basket comes out the same. On the E-PRO, OFFCAR puts the saving at up to 50% less oil and up to 30% less energy (manufacturer figures).

ICS — Intelligent Cooking System
E-PRO adjusts the cooking time to how full each basket is, and Sprint holds the oil within ±1 °C. The same fried quality, whoever is on the fryer.
Express Filtration System
On E-PRO models with hot filtration, the patented Intercycle system cleans the oil in about 4 minutes without cooling it. OFFCAR puts the oil saving at up to 50% (manufacturer figures).
360° Digital Connection
E-PRO connects over Wi-Fi: live remote monitoring, automatic HACCP reporting, software updates, and oil and energy use at a glance.
Built like it means it
A one-piece pressed tank with no internal welds, in AISI 304 stainless steel, with IPX5 water resistance. E-PRO adds a 7-inch touchscreen.

Superfry 700 Series
73 cm deep, with 15 L tanks, single or twin, gas or electric. The fit for restaurants, takeaways and quick-service lines.
Superfry 900 Series
90 cm deep, with 20–23 L tanks (25 L on the gas premix), single or twin. For hotels, catering and high-volume frying.
Each series comes as Essential (dial control), Sprint (touch control, ±1 °C) or E-PRO (fully automatic). We'll spec the right tank count, energy source and filtration for your menu and volumes.
