An open charcoal barbecue for up to 200 diners. Raise or lower the charcoal to set the heat, from 180 to 350 °C; it's ready in 30 minutes and turns out up to 80 kg of food an hour. Insulated walls, a grease collector and an ash drawer make clean-down quick, and it rolls on wheels. Comes with tongs, a poker and two grooved grills.
