Keeps up to 5 kg of fries hot between the fryer and the plate. Heat from below, thermostatic to 90 °C, and a ceramic heater above hold a GN 1/1 container at serving temperature, and the false bottom lets the fries drain and lift out easily. On an open stand, 700-series depth. A countertop version and a 900-series version are also available.
