MILO Marine 900 Electric Boiling Pan Indirect Heating 150 L – 800 mm

A 150-litre electric boiling pan for stocks, soups, sauces and stews, built to marine specification for on-board galleys. Indirect heating warms the pan through a jacket, so thick or milky dishes don't catch on the base. It runs on 400 V or 440 V three-phase, and is part of the MILO 900 line, so it sits flush with the other modules. A 100 L marine version is also available.

Gas and electric boiling pans from 50 to 200 L, with direct or indirect heating and optional automatic filling.
