Baskets that lift themselves on time. Programmable lifters raise them at the end of each cycle, cooking time adjusts to how full each basket is, and you can watch it over Wi-Fi from the Smart Touch 7.0 screen. Gas, with a 15 L tank, up to 185 °C and an automatic 110 °C hold. For built-in hot-oil filtration, choose the Hot Filtration or combined version.
