A 450 mm electric salamander for gratinating, browning, melting cheese and finishing plates at the pass. It runs on a 220 V single-phase supply and can be wall-mounted above the range on optional brackets. The 450 mm size suits a smaller pass; a 650 mm model takes more plates at once, and the Fast 400 mm model has more power.
