A closed charcoal oven that grills and roasts with real charcoal flavour, for up to 85 diners a service. It's ready in about 30 minutes on 3 kg of charcoal and turns out up to 60 kg of food an hour. Black finish, a glass door that opens from the top (AB), seven guide levels and a 568 x 465 mm grill. Also in Lux and Silver, and with a lift-up glass (ED) or solid (SD) door.
