An XL-depth closed charcoal oven that grills and roasts with real charcoal flavour, for up to 100 diners a service. It's ready in about 30 minutes on 4 kg of charcoal and turns out up to 65 kg of food an hour. Lux finish, a lift-up glass door (ED), seven guide levels and a 568 x 535 mm grill. Also in Silver finish, and with a glass (AB) or solid (SD) door.
The deeper 70 chamber for larger trays and higher covers.
