A closed charcoal oven that grills and roasts with real charcoal flavour, for up to 115 diners a service. It's ready in about 35 minutes on 4.5 kg of charcoal and turns out up to 75 kg of food an hour. Lux finish, a solid door that opens from the top (SD), seven guide levels and a 668 x 535 mm grill. Also in Black and Silver, and with a glass (AB) or lift-up glass (ED) door.
