A closed charcoal oven that grills and roasts with real charcoal flavour, for up to 140 diners. It's ready in about 40 minutes on 5 kg of charcoal and turns out up to 110 kg of food an hour. Lux finish, a lift-up glass door (ED), eight guide levels and a 770 x 625 mm grill. Choose the PIRA 90 D for two chambers and up to 195 diners.
