BBQ Master: ribbed black glass-ceramic on both plates, for grill marks top and bottom on meat, fish and vegetables, as well as toasts and sandwiches. SHB Plus heats by contact and infrared together, from 120 up to 400 °C, cutting preheating time and energy by up to 60% (manufacturer figures). 400 x 300 mm surface, 2.8 kW, manual control. A ribbed-top, smooth-bottom version is also available.
Glass-ceramic contact grills and fry-tops, Caldobake convection ovens and Caldolux cook & hold ovens, from the Unox group.
