BakerTop Mind.Maps Plus 10 600x400 Gas Combi Oven
Model XEBC-10EU-GPRM
A gas-fired ten-tray baking oven for bakery and confectionery that runs automatic baking cycles, so batches come out the same whichever baker loads them. Trays sit 80 mm apart, leaving room for taller breads and cakes. It steams, bakes and regenerates from a 9.5-inch touch panel and cleans itself after the shift. Gas-fired with a low 1.4 kW electrical draw; an electric version is also available.
The full BakerTop MIND.Maps 600x400 bakery combi: touchscreen MIND.Maps programs with programmable steam and heat control.
