Evereo holds cooked food at service temperature for up to 72 hours, keeping its quality up to four times longer than a traditional holding cabinet (manufacturer figures). This countertop model takes ten 460x330 trays at 28 mm, with MULTI.Day and Superholding modes on a 9.5-inch touch panel. Right-opening door; a left-door version is also available.
The hot fridge: preserves cooked food at service temperature for days, ready to serve instantly.
