Model XELA-10EU-EXRS
A bakery combi oven that recognises what you load and takes voice commands, for even bakes on ten 600x400 trays. It steams, dries, browns, roasts, braises and regenerates, with STEAM.Maxi and DRY.Maxi managing humidity and fans at up to 250 km/h. OPTIC.Cooking and HEY.Unox run from the 16-inch touchscreen, and automatic washing recirculates its water. Ten trays; a five-tray version is also available.
The intelligent 600x400 bakery combi oven with Digital.ID operating system, built for artisan and retail bakeries.
