Made for the supermarket bakery corner: twelve 600x400 trays on about one square metre of floor. Baking with steam is around 20% faster than plain convection (manufacturer figures), six fans spread the air evenly, and the door glass stays cool to the touch. Run it from the 9.5-inch touch panel. Right-hinged door; a version with integrated hood and washing is also available.
600x400 bake-off ovens built for supermarket and in-store retail bakery.
