Twenty GN 1/1 trays on a roll-in trolley, built to cook fully loaded around the clock. A full load of bacon takes 6 minutes, rice 24 and 1.3 kg roast chickens 39 (manufacturer figures). It also handles vacuum and steam cooking, regeneration and bakery work from a 9.5-inch touch panel. Trolley supplied. Wired for 380–415 V three-phase; multi-voltage and gas versions are also available.
