Sprint Gas Fryer 2 × 15 L

Every batch the same. PID control holds the oil within ±1 °C up to 185 °C, the Quick Touch 3.5 screen stores four recipes, and it holds at 110 °C between rushes. Gas model with two 15 L tanks. Burners sit outside the tank, keeping the settling zone clear. Choose the Hot Filtration version for a built-in pump that filters the oil.

Quick Touch 3.5 fryers with ±1 °C PID control, recipe memory and optional pump hot filtration.
