Sprint Gas Fryer 20–23 L – Hot Filtration

Every batch the same. PID control holds the oil within ±1 °C up to 185 °C, the Quick Touch 3.5 screen stores four recipes, and it holds at 110 °C between rushes. A built-in pump filters the oil hot and returns it to the tank. Gas model with a 20–23 L tank. Burners sit outside the tank, keeping the settling zone clear. The standard Sprint leaves out the pump.
