BakerLux 6 600x400 Manual Gas Combi Oven
Model XB613G
Bakes six 600x400 trays of bread and pastry at a time, with steam injection for an even bake. Analogue knobs make it easy for any baker to run, and it stands on less than one square metre. Gas-fired with a 0.7 kW electric auxiliary supply; an electric 6-tray version is also available.
Robust manual 600x400 convection ovens with humidity, electric or gas: the bakery counterpart to ChefLux.
