Model XB693
Bakes six 600x400 trays of bread and pastry at a time, with convection and steam for an even bake. Analogue knobs keep it easy to run, 80 mm between trays leaves room for taller bakes, and it stands on less than one square metre. Electric; a gas 6-tray version is also available.
