The fryer that does the busy work. Programmable lifters raise the baskets on time, cooking time adjusts to how full each basket is, and the patented Intercycle system filters the oil hot and returns it to the tank. Smart Touch 7.0 control, with Wi-Fi monitoring. Gas, with two 20–23 L tanks, up to 185 °C and an automatic 110 °C hold. Also sold with lifters or filtration only.
