E-PRO Gas Fryer 2 × 20–23 L – Hot Filtration

A fryer that keeps its own oil clean. The patented Intercycle system filters the oil while hot and returns it to the tank, cooking time adjusts to how full each basket is, and you can watch it over Wi-Fi from the Smart Touch 7.0 screen. Gas, with two 20–23 L tanks, up to 185 °C and an automatic 110 °C hold. Choose the combined version to add automatic basket lifters.
Smart Touch 7.0 fryers with load compensation, Wi-Fi monitoring and optional lifters and Intercycle hot filtration.
