A prover with its own boiler steam generator for precise control of the rise, with no fan to dry the dough. Eight 460x330 trays, up to 50 °C, with a humidity sensor, anti-condensation ceiling and water recirculation. Fits the BakerLux Shop.Pro and Speed.Pro lines. Choose the boiler version over the panel-controlled one (C) for its own steam supply.
