Model XENPA-08HS-AAvailable to order
A prover with its own boiler steam generator for precise control of the rise. It takes eight 460x330 trays at 68 mm and reaches up to 70 °C. Made for the BakerLux Classic line, so a small shop can prove and bake from one compact station. A 600x400 version is also available.
Proving cabinets and provers that pair under BakerLux and BakerTop ovens.
