Keeps frozen stock at −24 to −10 °C in drawers under the cooking line, so the cook reaches down for chips or protein instead of walking to the freezer. It is 1600 mm wide with three drawers, its own top and a built-in condensing unit. MILO 700 or 900 modules fix on top with a kit. A six-drawer (2+2+2) version is also made, and a 1200 mm model.
