Keeps frozen stock at −24 to −10 °C in drawers under the cooking line, so the cook reaches down for chips or protein instead of walking to the freezer. It is 1600 mm wide with six drawers (2+2+2), its own top and a built-in condensing unit. MILO 700 or 900 modules fix on top with a kit. Choose it over the three-drawer model for more compartments.
