Keeps chilled ingredients at −2 to +7 °C in drawers under the cooking line, so the cook reaches down instead of walking to the cold room. It is 1600 mm wide with three drawers, its own top and a built-in condensing unit. MILO 700 or 900 modules fix on top with a kit. A six-drawer (2+2+2) version is also made, and a 1200 mm model.
