Keeps chilled ingredients at −2 to +7 °C in drawers under the cooking line, so the cook reaches down instead of walking to the cold room. It is 1200 mm wide with two drawers, its own top and a built-in condensing unit. MILO 700 or 900 modules fix on top with a kit. Also made with 2+2 drawers, in 1600 mm, and as a freezer.
